Ragsdale is an eclectic and widely experienced hospitality manager. With more than 18 years in the industry and experience with 4 celebrated brands, he has a wealth of operational knowledge to pull from. Outside of his experience in the hospitality industry, Rags is a serial entrepreneur with successful ventures in personal care, health & wellness, fitness, and more.
Heather Meeks
Heather is a true hospitality professional. With a deep love of travel and a passion for taking care of people, Heather was destined to be a success. Heather’s hospitality career began in college, where she studied business and operations during her time at culinary school. Heather is the creator of many house favorites including the Ube crinkle cookie.
Adam Cowan
Adam has been taking things apart to fix them since age 7 and seriously enjoys figuring out how everything works. He has spent the last 10 years building technology to help restaurants drive more meaningful marketing results, and has leveraged that experience to help turn Common Perk into an operational powerhouse.
